- What is the standard size for a business card?
- Standard / final print size is 2x3.5 inches.
- Do you offer design services for business cards?
- Yes - We offer design services starting at $25. For more information, please click here.
- What type of art files do you accept for printing?
- We accept High resolution (300 dpi) JPG, PDF and EPS formats in CMYK.
- What is CMYK?
- In order to get a better color match from your screen to the final product, we suggest all documents be saved in CMYK - the 4 color process of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black, which is used on a digital press. To see the differences between CMYK and RGB, please click here.
- What if I don't have a 300 dpi file?
- Unfortunately, your cards will come out blurry and possibly not legible. All art files must be in a high resolution format in order to insure clarity and crispness. We check all files for accuracy and resolution before putting them to press. If your file is not set up properly, it will be delayed until corrected.
- What is a bleed?
- A bleed is when you like the color of your art file to exceed or run to the edge of the final product. If an art file is meant to be color to the edge, but is not set up properly with a bleed, the final product may show white lines where the document was cut. See below image for bleed details.

- How do I setup an artwork image for bleed?

- Do you do Spot color or Color Match?
- Unfortunately not. We do high volume 4-color printing only.
- Are the colors pretty accurate?
- Yes - Even in a high volume environment, with today's technology, you may see a maximum of a 10% variation of colors on very rare occasions. This is not common, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on color matching.
- Will you split orders?
- No, we cannot split orders. We accept one order per art file. In other words, you cannot place a single order for 1,000 cards, then ask us to split it into different, smaller orders, with different artwork.
- Why so economic?
- We're more economic than most of the printers out there because business cards is all that we print. We print all of standard work on a large sheet. By "ganging" them up together, it reduces the costs of making plates, which is a large percentage of the cost in printing.
- Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
- Unfortunately not (for the time being). In the future we may venture outside of the U.S., but for now, we focus solely within the nation.
- Do you do Rush orders?
- Yes - We offer Rush, but only on certain products that are the most popular. Please see the order page for details.
- Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Yes - We offer all of UPS' premium shipping services. Please see the order page for details.
- What type of payments do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards via our online order engine.
- Do you accept checks or give company credit accounts?
- Unfortunately not.
- Your credit card will read "BCG Media, LLC".
- Will I Receive An Invoice?
- By placing an order on our web site, the system will send you an invoice to your email confirming your order.
- Is there a 48 hour guarantee?
- Our print-run times are based on the capacity of our work queue. For the most part, orders are turned around between 2-4 business days, but we cannot guarantee any turn-around time under 4 business days. If you need your order in a flash, we suggest you select the "RUSH" option when checking out, and potentially RUSH shipping.
- Is is true you offer corporate discounts?
- Yes it is - please click here for details.
- Why do you charge 8% tax in GA?
- Georgia is where we are located, so we are required by the State to collect and pay sales tax for anything that is shipped to a Georgia address.
